Four services, one standard

Polygraph Services, Checks and Investigations

Polygraph services are the core of the practice, and three more sit around them for the matters a chart alone cannot close. Each one has a page of its own. Start with the one closest to what has happened.

How a matter moves

  • Polygraph examination
  • Criminal background check
  • Investigation
  • Labour support

One report you can act on

Whichever route a matter takes, it ends the same way: findings in writing, in a form you can put in front of a hearing, an attorney or a board.

Services can run on their own or together. A background check alongside an examination, or an investigation that a chart opened, is one engagement and one quote rather than several.

What we do

The four services we run

Every one of them is delivered by the same team, to the same standard, and reported the same way. Open a service for the detail, or ask us and we will point you at the right one.

How it starts

Three things happen before anything else

The same three, whichever service you book, and none of them costs you anything until you decide to go ahead.

  1. Get a quote, free

Tell us what has happened and a formal written quote comes back by email. It costs nothing and it commits you to nothing.

  2. Secure the slot

Pay against that quote, using the quote number as your reference. The time is held for you the moment the payment reflects.

  3. Book your examiner

Choose a time online with any examiner on the team. From there the engagement runs to the process set out on the home page.

The same every time

What comes with every service

These are not extras and they are not quoted separately. They are how the work is done, on every matter we take on.

The examiner comes to you

At your premises, at your attorney's offices, or in the examination vehicle when the appointment is nowhere near either.

A consultation before the work

The examiner sits with you first and works through the process and the questions. Nobody is ever tested on a question they have not already seen.

Findings in writing

Every service ends in a document, not a phone call. It is yours to use, and it is written so it can be put in front of someone else.

One client, one report

Results go to whoever commissioned the work and to nobody else. Private matters are booked with you and reported back to you.

A qualified examiner, every time

Examiners hold to the code of ethics of the American Polygraph Association, and to the civil rights of every person tested.

Equipment known to be right

Instruments are calibrated, because a result is only worth what the machine that recorded it was reading at the time.

Before you book

Questions about the services

The ones we are asked most often about choosing and combining services. Anything about the examination itself is answered on the home page.

Can I book more than one service at a time?

Yes, and it is common. A background check alongside a pre-employment examination, or labour support behind a finding, is quoted as one engagement rather than as separate jobs. Say what you are dealing with when you ask for the quote and the right combination comes back on it.

Do you still offer voice stress testing or eye detect?

No. Voice stress testing, voice stress testing courses and lie eye detection have been discontinued. The four services on this page are what the practice offers, and polygraph examination is the testing method.

I do not know which service I need. What then?

Ask for a quote and describe the situation rather than the service. Working out what a matter actually needs is part of the job, and the quote that comes back will say what is being proposed and why. If a polygraph is not the right instrument for it, you will be told that too.

Do you work with attorneys and employers, or private clients?

All three. Employers running screening and internal matters, attorneys preparing for a hearing, and private clients on personal matters. The service is the same in each case, and so is the confidentiality.

How far do you travel?

Nationwide. The examiner travels to you and the examination vehicle covers the appointments that are not near an office. Travel is priced into the quote before you commit, so there is nothing added afterwards.

What does a service cost?

It depends on the service, the number of people and the travel involved, so the quote is the answer rather than a list price. The quote is free and it is formal, which means the number on it is the number. Pricing guidance is on the pricing page.
