Pretoria and Johannesburg are a single travel charge, and the examination vehicle covers everywhere further out.
By appointment only. There is no walk-in counter, because every examination needs a slot long enough for the consultation as well.
Whoever you are here to see, the appointment is private. Nobody is put in a shared waiting area with another matter.

After you make contact

1 The quote comes back
A formal written quote is emailed straight back, usually inside two or three minutes. If it is not in the inbox, check the spam folder before you phone.
2 You decide, not us
Nothing is booked and nothing is charged until you say yes to the quote. Ask questions against it, or ask us to price a different arrangement.
3 The slot is held
Pay against the quote, using the quote number as your reference, and the time is held for you the moment the payment reflects.
4 An examiner is assigned
You are told who is coming and where they will meet you. From there the engagement runs to the seven steps set out on the home page.
