1 The quote arrives
A formal quote, as a PDF, emailed to you and copied to the office. It carries a quote number, every line you built above, and the date it expires. Check the spam folder before you phone.
2 You accept it, or you do not
There is a button on the quote. Nothing is booked, charged or held until you press it, and you can ask us to price a different arrangement instead.
3 The quote becomes an invoice
One invoice, with the quote number carried onto it as your payment reference. On the deposit route the deposit and the balance are both lines on that one document.
4 You settle it
By EFT against the quote number, or by card. Card clears immediately. An EFT is confirmed by the office once it reflects, so send the proof of payment through to move it along.
5 Your booking code arrives
Payment releases a booking code by email. It opens the calendar with the right length of slot already set for your kind of case, and it is tied to your engagement, so the time you pick is yours.

Six things that change the quote
Read these before you fill it in and the number that comes back will be the number you expected.
Seven people is a day
One examiner works through five to seven people in a day, depending on the case facts. Ask for more than that in a day and a second examiner is added, which adds a travel charge as well as capacity.
Case type changes the time
A workplace theft matter and an infidelity matter are not the same job. Personal matters need a longer briefing and a longer slot, which is why they are priced on their own rather than per head.
The consultation is not optional
The examiner goes through the case facts with you immediately before the examination begins. The fee covers that briefing, and it moves with the payment route rather than being a flat charge.
Travel is per trip, per examiner
Two examiners on site on the same day is two travel charges, because it is two vehicles. Three days on site is three trips. The quote shows the arithmetic rather than hiding it in a total.
Fourteen days to decide
Every quote is valid for fourteen days from the date it is issued. After that the figures are re-run, because travel and availability move.
Accuracy in, accuracy out
The number of people, the location and the payment route are what the quote is built from. Change one of them later and the quote is re-issued rather than adjusted by hand.

Neither. It is free, it is written, and nothing is booked or charged until you accept it. It exists so you can see the whole figure before you decide.
How do I get the 10% discount?
Choose "full payment before the test starts" at step four. The discount is applied to this quote as you choose it, so the emailed quote is already the discounted one. The consultation fee drops from R 550 to R 350 on that route as well.
How is travel outside Gauteng worked out?
By road distance from the office at 45 Bernardie Street, The Reeds, Centurion, to the address you give, at R 6.75 a kilometre. It is charged per examiner per trip, and the figure is confirmed by the office before the quote is issued.
What if I need more than twenty-five people tested?
Phone 082 545 2449 or email the office. Engagements above twenty-five are quoted individually and the rate per person keeps coming down rather than levelling off.
When can I choose my appointment time?
Once the invoice is settled. Payment releases a booking code by email, and that code opens the calendar with the right length of slot for your kind of case already set.
